Job Title: Youth Work Project Coordinator
Location: Main Street, Bellshill (with travel around North Lanarkshire)
Reports to: Project Operations Manager
Hours: 35 hours per week, including some evening and weekend work
Salary: Band 5 – £25,644 – £27,626
You will be a motivated and experienced team leader with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will be committed to delivering high quality services for young people, successfully leading a team of Youth Workers and volunteers. You will work in close collaboration with the management team, staff and young people to ensure our programmes continue to meet the needs of our community.
You will liaise with local partners and stakeholders to manage referrals for youth work programmes, matching young people with Youth Workers for one-to-one support. You will be responsible for ensuring staff are appropriately trained, and continue to develop in line with their role. You will oversee child protection and safeguarding, alongside accurate reporting for projects.
This role is a fixed-term contract till March 2023.
