Sacpa organises regular opportunities for members to progress their knowledge and understanding of topics relating to safeguarding and child protection. These events also allow members to share their own knowledge, best practice and ask their own questions of experts in the field.
Our training calendar is designed to address areas of concern and support the improvement of knowledge and understanding of our members within education, health, charity, voluntary, sport and local services.
We use a wide network of expert consultants to deliver training, as well as bespoke advice, to members. Our consultants cover a broad range of sectors from health, policing and education and are experienced in abuse, contextual safeguarding, online issues, gambling, addiction, behaviour management, county lines etc.
If you would like to discuss your training needs in detail, please contact Head of Member Services, Bethan Waddington.
