Job Title: Volunteer Fraud & Safeguarding Protect Officer (FSPO) – HC592690

Location: Eastern PIC, Portsmouth

Salary: Volunteer – Volunteers can claim travel expenses

Hours: 15.00 Max Per Week

Contract: Casual

Your role will be to provide administrative assistance to the Fraud Safeguarding Protect Officer (FSPO).

Responsibilities will be but not limited to:

1. To assist the FSPO in reviewing the victims of fraud list.

2. To engage with and offer fraud advice to victims

3. To engage with external partners/companies to improve and enhance the multiagency approach.

4. To undertake clerical and administrative tasks such as dealing with enquiries and updating records, this will include the use of our Record Management System (RMS).

5. Support the provision of advice across the organisation on fraud prevention.

6. To give regular and effective service.

Essential Experience

Basic keyboard and IT skills and good communication skills, written and oral.
