About us
Works in our Safeguarding and Review Team, this interesting, busy and varied post involves a wide range of tasks and activities to support our Independent Reviewing Officers who chair Children We Care For Reviews for all children in care and also audit the quality of service provision.

About the role
You will provide business administration support in a variety of ways:

  • You will be entering data into relevant manual and computerised information systems, including the Oxfordshire County Council Liquidlogic Childrens Services (LCS) database, within relevant statutory and local protocols. This includes scanning and uploading documents.
  • You will arrange the initial Review for children who come into care and send out invites to professionals.
  • You will co-ordinate and process the sending out of Review minutes within statutory timescales.
  • You will be liaising with Independent Reviewing Officers regarding specific requirements for individual Reviews.
  • You will monitor a busy Team Inbox and respond to queries.

We can offer flexible working, enabling our Team Support Assistant to work from home with a requirement to occasionally attend the office.

We have a dedicated training and induction plan for all new starters where we will develop your knowledge, skills and expertise in business administration in order for you to be successful in your role.

About you
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated part-time administrator, with good MS Office and ICT skills, in addition to excellent personal, communication and teamwork skills, a flexible approach and an interest in Children’s Social Care.
