Do you have a commitment to making a difference to women’s lives? Are you passionate about supporting women in a holistic, women centred, trauma-informed way to reduce the risk of exploitation and support women to achieve their full potential?

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and committed woman to provide a range of support interventions to women in the community who are experiencing or who are at risk of experiencing exploitation. You will offer both one to one practical and emotional support and group interventions (within the Women’s Centre) with the aim of raising self-esteem, self-efficacy and enhancing social and recovery capital.

You will need to demonstrate good communication skills working with clients and professionals and will have a track record of developing effective partnerships with specialist organisations as well as a commitment to working within a women centred service and to making a difference to the lives of women.

Due to the nature of the work carried out in our Women’s Centres this role is restricted to female applicants only in accordance with the provisions of the occupational requirement (Equality Act 2010, pursuant to Schedule 9, Part 1).

Salary: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
