The Outstanding home is a large 6 bedded service for girls, providing medium to long-term placements within a safe, stable, and consistent living environment. The outcomes for the young people have made this service one of our highest achieving homes maintaining Outstanding for many years.
The home is a very established service with both the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager boasting a wealth of experience in this sector, and in particular this service. We are excited to speak with prospective applicants (residential support worker or senior residential support worker level) who share the same child centred approach and have the same desired outcomes for our young people.
Experience:

Qualifications:
Please note it is essential to be qualified to level 3 within this field in addition to having a driving license.
