As a member of the Church’s Safeguarding Service you will provide a professional advisory service to CrossReach services, congregations and presbyteries, staff of the national offices and other agencies/professionals and members of the public in matters relating to safeguarding and the protection of children and adults at risk of harm.
You will have in-depth knowledge of safeguarding (child and/or adult protection) and demonstrable experience of risk assessment and risk management.
The postholder will take part in a team duty rota for safeguarding referrals and also deliver training as required.
