We have an exciting opportunity for a Safeguarding Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be a highly self-motivated individual with excellent communication and will play a key role in the ongoing health and welfare of students and staff at Outwood Academy Ormesby.

You will have experience of working with children and/or families within a safeguarding and child protection environment. A committed team worker, you will carry a caseload and work on your own initiative. Previous experience of working with children and families and with other agencies is essential, as is a resilient and empathetic nature.
