We are seeking a highly trusted and capable individual to join our pastoral team, in a newly created role, in their efforts to continually enhance our approach to safeguarding and ensure that a culture of safeguarding is embedded in all areas across the School.

An experienced safeguarding professional with a proven working knowledge of the current regulatory frameworks, you will be an exceptionally organised and flexible person, able to juggle competing priorities and produce accurate, detailed records and concise reports. You will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to take a personal approach to matters which are often highly sensitive and the successful candidate will therefore need to possess the ability to demonstrate the utmost integrity, empathy, diplomacy and confidentiality at all times.
