Salary: £18,250 – £21,200 DOE & qualifications + £45 per ‘sleep in’ completed
Earnings with sleeps: £22,750 – £25,700 (based on 8 sleep ins per month)
Hours: 37 hours per week plus sleep ins.
Desirable: Full UK driving licence & Level 3 Diploma Residential Childcare

We are seeking to appoint a Residential Support Worker for our Children’s home located 5 miles south from Kendal town centre. This home is situated in the idyllic village of Endmoor, and is easily commutable from other areas of Cumbria being a ten minute drive from Kendal, a 20 minute drive from both Lancaster and Windermere, and 25 minute drive from Morecambe.
We are recruiting for a residential support worker to support the young people in this service with all aspects of everyday life, providing a safe and nurturing home environment so they can excel in their placements. No two days are the same working in Residential Care for Children.
