We are recruiting for an experienced Residential Childcare Manager to help manage our home in Rutherglen, Glasgow. You will be responsible for the delivery of care and protection for the children and young people living within the home. You will also ensure that residential staff engage with children and young people in all aspects of their daily lives in a planned and purposeful way.

To be successful within this role you will have experience of residential childcare management, have undertaken training and be familiar with the principles of Getting It Right For Every Child and have been involved in all Care Inspectorate processes in relation to residential child care. You should also hold a Social Work qualification or Registered Managers Award or similar and SVQ Level 4 with registration with Scottish Social Services Council.
