We have a fantastic opportunity for a confident and friendly individual to join our strong and supportive admin/reception team.

Term time only: Yes

Salary Type: Bucks pay

Salary details: Bucks Pay Range 2 – (£7,328 – £8,235 approximately)

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: 15 hours per week/41 weeks per year (includes 2 Inset Days). Hours will be flexible between 8.00 am and 4.00 pm Monday – Friday (For instance, it could be 3 hours a day Monday to Friday or 2 full days a week for 7 ½ hours

About The Role

The purpose of the role of School Admin Assistant, is to carry out administration duties associated with the running of the school, including clerical, secretarial and reception duties when required.

About You

The School Admin Assistant will need to be extremely well organised and have a very keen eye for accuracy whilst ensuring that strict deadlines are met. The ability to work on their own initiative, as well as part of a team is essential.

They will be confident with the use of Microsoft Office, able to remain professional when handling confidential material, be an excellent communicator and ideally, have experience of working in a busy environment.
