Job Description

Sistema Scotland is seeking to recruit an Operations Support Manager to join our central team based in Raploch, Stirling (working from home initially, due to current Scottish Government guidance). When current restrictions allow, regular travel to all our Big Noise centres will be required (currently Glasgow, Stirling, Dundee and Aberdeen).

You will provide cross centre operational guidance, quality assurance and support to the local Big Noise senior teams, enhancing Sistema Scotland’s ability to deliver its objectives. You will also lead on and/or implement key organisational work operational pieces of work and projects.

An experienced project and people manager, you will have excellent demonstrable communication skills with adults and children/young people, along with a high level of IT skills (particularly MS Word, MS Excel and database management). You will also have knowledge, experience and a track record of success in managing:

  • Health and Safety
  • Child Protection/Safeguarding
  • Data Protection

This is a permanent post, working 4 days a week (exact pattern to be confirmed). All new staff are appointed on the first point of the salary scale.
