Central London Community Health NHS Trust (CLCH) is seeking to recruit a Named Professional for Adult Safeguarding/Mental Capacity Act Lead in Brent.  This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated practitioner to join our safeguarding team. CLCH will be providing adult community services in Brent from 1st August 2021.

We are looking appoint a practitioner with experience of working with complex cases and who has a good understanding of the legal duties regarding Care Act, human Rights,  adults at risk, multi-agency working and making safeguarding personal.

The post holder will be supported to lead and influence the adult safeguarding agenda in Brent.  The ability to work independently is essential and post holder may at times be required to travel to Trust venues in the delivery of their work and role.

The post holder will have access to clinical and safeguarding supervision and training, to support their personal and professional development.
