From £15,138.50 to £17,884.00 per annum
(pro rata from £30,277.00 to £35,768.00)

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our progressive and motivated team as a Lecturer. You will have experience within Health Care and Early Years sector and be educated to degree level with proven competencies within the field of teaching and learning.
You must be flexible, motivated and willing to work within a vocational area that is intent on providing the highest quality of learning experience for our learners. You will be teaching and leading on the foundation degree in Children’s development course.
You will have at least a degree level qualification as well as a minimum of two years’ experience of teaching. As an experienced teacher, you will be flexible and preferably be familiar with the current issues and challenges within HE and FE. You would be joining a supportive team which has a strong focus on improving standards and achieving success.
You may be required to be a tutor for a designated group of learners which will involve guiding them through their individual learning journey towards their expected goals. Assessment, action planning and contributing to course development are all aspects of this role.
