Why join Nugent
It is an exciting time to join Nugent as we pursue our ambitious strategy to innovate and expand our services to include residential family centres, open children’s homes, a residential special school, and expansion of our secure children’s home, in order to support and complement the strategic aims of the charity.
We have a large operations portfolio that also provides community services for adults at risk, that are overseen by an experienced head of service.
The people we care for, protect, educate and inspire come from all walks of life and so do we. We recruit great people from a wide variety of backgrounds, not just because it’s the right thing to do, but because it makes our charity stronger. Our values mean everything to us.
Our managers and staff at the front line give their very best to those in our care and we need to continuously demonstrate this to our stakeholders, including our regulators.
Our focus over the next five years is to continue to develop our children and family services.
