We are looking for a friendly, motivated Health Visitor to join our team In Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership.
Aberdeen City Health Visitors provide a service in the home or community setting working with families experiencing a range of vulnerabilities, protecting children at risk whilst also planning and implementing programmes that promote health.
You will be an NMC registered Health Visitor with recent clinical experience, good communication and organisational skills and interested in providing a high standard of holistic care through integrated team working.
Understanding of the Children and Young People Act 2014 and the role of the Named Person is essential
We offer regular training opportunities, Child Protection Case Supervision, Appraisal, ongoing professional development is encouraged and supported.
