The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Safeguarding and Wellbeing to work closely with the Group Executive Director of Student Experience and Safeguarding to continue to develop the College’s approach to keeping young people and adults safe.

This new role will provide leadership to the College’s Safeguarding and Wellbeing teams and develop safeguarding and prevention practices across the College. The post holder will liaise with internal and external partners to raise awareness, provide support and continue to develop practices to ensure that an exceptional safeguarding and intervention service is delivered.

Skills and Experience
We are seeking someone with excellent specialist knowledge, data analysis skills, contextual information and experience in working across teams and delivering high quality training to a range of audiences including senior leaders, middle managers, teaching and support staff.  A desire to innovate alongside a commitment to developing a “safe space” learning culture are key attributes we are looking for in this role.
