We have an excellent opportunity to join our Prep School where we pride ourselves on a warm, friendly and nurturing environment, in which passionate staff look after the needs of each individual child and their educational experience.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced part time Head of Learning Success (approximately 0.5 – can be combined with other roles if appropriate) to manage the department and ensure the delivery of outstanding teaching and learning and support to Years 3 to 8 and to ensure that all pupils enjoy the highest possible standard of education.

January start or sooner if available.

The successful candidate will consistently secure the best outcomes for pupils through progressively refining and advancing teaching and influencing learners. You will be passionate about teaching and providing a safe and happy environment for the children.  In addition, you will be aware of and sympathetic to individual needs and the different ways in which children learn and develop.  A natural empathy towards young children is essential.
