Rochester Independent College is seeking to appoint a full time Director of Safeguarding to start in August 2022.

Founded in 1984, Rochester Independent College is a day and boarding school offering a fresh alternative to traditional independent education for students from the age of 11 to 19 and boarders from 14. There is no uniform, students and staff are on first name terms, and the average class size is eight. We have 345 students in total, boarding on our unique urban campus is for 120, a mixture of domestic and international, following our GCSE or A-Level programmes.

This is a Senior Leadership Team position with responsibility for safeguarding across the school.
