As the Director of Safeguarding, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the safety and welfare of our students. Reporting directly to the Deputy Head (Sub-Warden) and working closely with the Head (Warden), your role will be central to fostering a proactive safeguarding culture.
Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the CPOMS system, managing safeguarding cases, and maintaining comprehensive records. You will also be the primary point of contact for all safeguarding concerns, providing expert advice and support to staff, pupils, and parents.
