Designated Safeguarding Lead – Haven High Academy, Boston

G10 27-30 £38,296 – £42,503 actual salary

37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

We are seeking to appoint a Designated Safeguarding Lead at Haven High Academy. As the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) for Haven High Academy, you will take a lead role in ensuring a high quality and effective safeguarding support across the Academy, ensuring accurate records are maintained and working closely with staff, pupils, parents/carers and external agencies to ensure appropriate plans and strategies are in place to support pupils and their families. As part of this role, you will also represent the academy in all dealings with parents/carers, visitors and external agencies.
