Job title: Children’s Services & Safeguarding Manager
Salary: £32,000 – £36,000 0.8 FTE
Based at: Impact Arts, The Boardwalk, 105 Brunswick Street, Glasgow, G1 1TF
Travel: Travel will be required to Impact Arts’ Ayrshire office and may also be required across the local authorities that we operate in
Reporting to: Caroline McGhee, Head of Operations
Duration of contract: Permanent
Working Hours: 30 hours per week (0.8 FTE). Staff are required to work their core hours between 10am – 4pm.
Qualifications & Experience:
We will accept a range of qualifications for this role, including but not limited to:
- BA Hons Social Work
- Certificate in Child Welfare and Protection (SCQF Level 10)
- HCPC State Registered Art Therapist
- MA or PG Dip training in Art/Play Therapy or equivalent
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development relevant to this role
Knowledge of child development, child care legislation, relevant policies and procedures related to children and young people
