We are recruiting sessional workers for our emotional wellbeing project supporting children and young people to develop confidence, self-esteem and resilience. By providing sustainable solutions, we can help children and young people to be better equipped to meet the demands and challenges of life.

Working from home, you will deliver online individual coaching and mentoring activities, supporting young people to set achievable goals, manage barriers and celebrate successes. You will help them find what works for them by exploring coping mechanisms, online and other resources, and identifying support networks.

You should have excellent communication skills, be a good listener, and able to motivate and empower others.

Hours are mostly available between 3.30pm and 7pm on weekdays. Applicants must have relevant professional or voluntary experience of working with children and young people. Experience of working with young people experiencing low level mental health needs would be an advantage.
