Service Care Solutions are currently working with a private client and recruiting for a Senior Children Support Worker in Portishead on a permanent basis.
There will be a variety of shifts on offer including days, nights and sleep ins. The role is for 37 hours a week including 8-10 sleep ins a month.
The home are seeking to appoint a Senior Residential Support Workers for our Ofsted rated Outstanding home in Portishead, Somerset. Easily accessible from Bristol and surrounding areas.
The outstanding home is a large 6 bedded service for girls, providing medium to long-term placements within a safe, stable, and consistent living environment. The outcomes for the young people have made this service one of our highest achieving homes maintaining Outstanding for many years.
Our home is a very established service with both the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager boasting a wealth of experience in this sector, and in particular this service. We are excited to speak with prospective applicants (residential support worker or senior residential support worker level) who share the same child centred approach and have the same desired outcomes for our young people.
Skills required:
* A DBS from within the last 12 months
* 2+ years experience in a Children’s Home.
* NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care
* A Car driver is essential
