What we’re looking for:

Role title: NSPCC Childhood Day Event Photographer

Location: Scotland

Time commitment: One shift of 2-3 hours between 23 May 2022 and 12 June 2022

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for approachable and organised people to be a Volunteer Childhood Day Event Photographer this May/June. The NSPCC are holding Street Collections in major towns and cities across the Country this May and June and we are looking for professional photographers who can volunteer a couple of hours of their time to capture images from the collections that will be used in the NSPCCs future Childhood Day promotional materials.

What you’ll do

You’ll be working together with the collection team to capture images of our volunteer collectors and members of the public to bring the NSPCC’s Childhood Day fundraising activities to life. These images will then be used by the NSPCC to promote Childhood Day in the future.
You will be fully briefed on what images need to be captured, ensuring imagery is always ‘on brand’

What is Childhood Day?

Childhood Day is the NSPCCs national day where people come together to play their part in their own community. Volunteers will hold street collections in towns and cities across the UK with a team of volunteers just like yourself!
Childhood Day itself takes place annually on the second Friday in June.

What you’ll get

We’ll support you with guidance, advice and a full briefing to ensure that the correct, on brand, images are captured.
You’ll learn more about how you’re helping to protect children across the UK, and you’ll have the opportunity to inspire others to support us.

It’s also a chance to spend time with like-minded people and make new friends.
