Job Title: Behaviour, attendance and safeguarding lead

Location: Great Coates Primary School

Contract: Permanant

Salary Scale: Grade 5 – Points 12 – 17 (£22,433 – £24,491)

Great Coates Primary is looking to appoint a behaviour, attendance and safeguarding lead to start September 2022. The post would be based at Great Coates Primary School.

The successful applicant will:

  • Have experience of working with schools and/or families
  • Support children, young people and their families with any attendance issues
  • Have experience of inter-agency working to support children and/or families
  • Have working knowledge of child protection / safeguarding of children and young people
  • Be able to work independently and with initiative
  • Be able to deal with sensitive issues with discretion
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be energetic, well-motivated and flexible
  • Good IT skills across a range of applications

The post holder must have a full driving license and use of a car.
