Great Coates Primary is looking to appoint a behaviour, attendance and safeguarding lead to start September 2022. The post would be based at Great Coates Primary School.

The successful applicant will:
- Have experience of working with schools and/or families
- Support children, young people and their families with any attendance issues
- Have experience of inter-agency working to support children and/or families
- Have working knowledge of child protection / safeguarding of children and young people
- Be able to work independently and with initiative
- Be able to deal with sensitive issues with discretion
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be energetic, well-motivated and flexible
- Good IT skills across a range of applications
The post holder must have a full driving license and use of a car.
