This is a unique and exciting opportunity to contribute to a pioneering approach to supporting children and young people who have experienced/ witnessed or are at risk of significant harm.

Following a successful bid for Scottish Government funding, NHSG are now seeking to appoint a Health and Wellbeing Coordinator to join each of our multi-agency pathfinder teams.

This initiative is known as Bairns Hoose. www.bairnshoosescotland.com

As the Health Coordinator, you will provide expertise as the single point of contact for a child and family, ensuring that the health and wellbeing needs of children and young people are actively considered as part of a holistic, multi-agency assessment. As the post holder, you will require substantial experience working with children and families in a child protection context alongside multi agency partners.

We are therefore seeking an experienced registered nurse with child protection experience and a commitment to improving outcomes for vulnerable children, young people and families.

Post holder bases for discussion. Bairns Hoose premises are in both Aberdeen city and Kemnay
