Webinar: making the most of professional supervision

23rd November 2020 @ 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM

Professional supervision is an important part of supporting staff, and monitoring effectiveness. Fulfilling a role that includes Safeguarding requirements and responsibilities, like DSL/DDSL, Safeguarding Manager, can be stressful, pressured, and oftentimes lonely. Effective use of professional supervision can support staff across these challenging elements of their role.

For those in education, the importance of professional supervision is recognised in the Ofsted social care frameworks and in the ISI inspection framework. Building in, or requesting, professional supervision for your staff or for yourself is therefore not something to ignore.

This webinar will consider:

  • The principles of professional supervision
  • How is supports you personally
  • How it supports you in your professional role
  • Tips to make the most of your own professional supervision
  • Using your professional supervision in wider practice.

Cost:

  • Member rate: £50
  • Non-member rate: £100*
