Course outline:
Effective safeguarding – whether with children or adults – relies on clear, compassionate, and skilled communication, particularly when addressing conflict or harm. This introductory webinar offers a practical exploration of restorative approaches, including restorative practice, mediation, and restorative justice, as well as important caveats and common questions.
