Course outline:
Effective safeguarding — whether with children or adults — relies on clear, compassionate, and skilled communication, particularly when addressing conflict or harm. This introductory webinar offers a practical exploration of restorative approaches, including restorative practice, mediation, and restorative justice, as well as important caveats and common questions.
A great introduction to get you thinking about how restorative approaches may support those difficult conversations with and between children, young people, colleagues, parents, carers and partners.
