We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Safeguarding and Wellbeing Officer to join our team. This role will be home based (with some travel). You will join us on a full time basis with life assurance benefit and generous pension contributions and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £26,000 per annum (depending upon skills and experience).
The people who use services are at the heart of all that we do and it is critical to ensure that they are free from harm, abuse and neglect. The Safeguarding and Wellbeing Officer will support the Safeguarding Lead to ensure robust practices are in place and that colleagues, and the people who use our services, are able to seek the information, advice and support that they need – when they need it.
If you are a native British Sign Language (BSL) user or hold a minimum Level 3 BSL qualification, have the
competencies we are looking for in our Safeguarding and Wellbeing Officer (including experience of safeguarding and an understanding of how to prioritise this through an organisation’s activities), please get in touch!
