Come and join Farmfield as a Welfare and Wellbeing Lead, where you will be a friendly face to staff as you instil and maintain a positive working culture that has a strong emphasis on improving employees wellbeing.
You will work 37.5 hours a week at Farmfield, where you’ll lead on the improvement of staff wellbeing through the delivery of wellbeing events, initiatives and communications. You will be identifying the evolving needs of staff and reacting accordingly to address these as well as managing the wellbeing budget and wellbeing stocks.
As a Wellbeing and Welfare Champion, you will be responsible for liaising with the HR Department to support new starters during their induction and probationary period as well as liaising with lead nurses and ward managers to allocate nurses and formulate induction programs.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all aspects of the company accommodation including but not limited to: ensure good working order and legality of all electrical goods, utility management, furnishing, property maintenance (routine and emergency), property contracts and letting agreements, deep cleaning, providing provisions for new nurses.
- Coordinate transport arrangements for International Nurses.
- Participate as a driver when required to support International Nurse transport.
- Engaging in professional development to keep at the forefront of emerging wellbeing trends and possible initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible, adaptable with the ability to solve problems/issues in a practical way
- Excellent written and oral skills are essential
- Full UK Driving Licence
