We are seeking an experienced leader who can demonstrate measurable impact in their leadership of
behaviour and safeguarding. The successful candidate will be aligned to our belief that structure liberates
and that with consistently high expectations, all young people can and do achieve.
This is an exciting time to join our Multi Academy Trust and work with a school on a journey for
approximately 0.7 of your time as well as supporting senior leaders from across the trust. Being situated in a
school for part of your time will ensure you remain obsessed with the ‘front line’ and daily practice. This is a
new position, and the successful applicant will be developed further as a senior leader and will contribute to
school improvement as a whole.
We are highly ambitious for all of our schools and aim to be in the top 10% of all MATs within the next 5
years. We know this is a high bar, however, we believe that our young people and the communities that we
serve deserve nothing less. We are seeking a mission-aligned values-driven leader who is passionate about
creating remarkable schools where no child is left behind and is relentless in their commitment to great
learning in every classroom and for every child and young person.
We are currently a diverse family of 10 schools; Primary, Secondary and Special. We are proud of our clarity
around our principles of alignment and also our celebration of diversity at an individual and school level. This
Trust is determined that everyone has the power to lead and that we serve our local community in action as
well as words. All of our leaders are committed to being supported and challenged to be better tomorrow
than they are today and are all genuinely excited about the next phase in our journey to remarkable. If you
are hungry to develop yourself further as a leader, whilst having the humility to do whatever it takes to make
a difference, this is the role for you.
