Job Description

We want people who have an interest in the world to help us be curious and understand our community, people who have talents that they can share with us and encourage us to pursue the things we love too.

We want someone real. Someone who has all the best qualities a person can have and will bring them to work every day no matter what is going on in the home. We want people who are brave to get out of their comfort zone and try things with us- trips to Thorpe Park, exploring London, trampolining. People who know themselves well enough to be able to make a fool of themselves in karaoke and show us you don’t have to be perfect. Most of all we are looking for people who have lived their lives and understand how to be with people, how to show us love and how to repair and put things right when we have had disagreements.

If you can do these things, then you should do this job.
