Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced and qualified Social Worker to join a Children’s Safeguarding and Support Team based in Warwickshire.

You will be joining a busy and fast-paced team but one with a very supportive and cohesive team culture where the ethos is on child-focused work aimed at improving outcomes and enhancing life experiences for children and young people. Your main responsibilities as a Social Worker:  

  • In-depth experience in children’s social work and experience of complex cases
  • Have excellent analytical skills with the ability to make well-informed decisions
  • Have the ability to record and produce concise, effective, and accurate reports
  • Have good communication skills with the ability to build relationships, engage with children and families

Ideal Candidate & Requirements: 

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
