Hove Park School is seeking to appoint a full time Senior Safeguarding Lead to work in our newly created Student Support and Wellbeing faculty. This is an exciting opportunity to take a pivotal role in maintaining and further developing the safeguarding of students in our community, working with young people, families, school staff and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes.

We believe a school is more than just a place where students come to learn. It is also a place where a community develops and thrives. The Senior Safeguarding Officer will play an important role in ensuring that all students are a part of this vision by identifying and supporting vulnerable students. To achieve this the post holder will provide education safeguarding expertise and work with our pastoral teams to manage our safeguarding caseload. The role would suit applications with a background in social work, children’s services or education.
