We are looking for a creative and highly organised person to work with us to co-ordinate and ensure that important learning from case reviews is implemented in local services via training, workshops and other creative means.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced practitioner to join the Local Safeguarding Partnerships Team, based in Southampton City Council to help directly influence practice and improve safeguarding outcomes for children and adults at risk of harm. If you can help develop, deliver and organise a programme of multi-agency safeguarding training as well as create innovative ways that knowledge gathered from reviews can be transferred to local services and practitioners then this could be the role for you.

This post requires a Basic DBS check.

  • The working hours for this post is 37 hours per week
  • It is usual for successful candidates to start at the bottom of the pay grade.
