We are seeking We are seeking a motivated, creative and experienced Safeguarding lead to join our Support Network Team on a fixed term basis. This is an exciting time for the organisation as it delivers the organisation wide Transformation Programme.
The successful candidate will play a key role in:
Working collaboratively with service leads and stakeholders in ensuring best practices are embedded across the Group.
Take a key role in delivering the commitments in the Safeguarding Operational Group Action Plan.
Work with organisational development and service leads to raise awareness and knowledge of Safeguarding.
Work with Business Support to develop internal systems to track activity to evidence compliance.
Support ongoing staff training and development.
It is essential that applicants have significant experience of Safeguarding legislation and best practice.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in successfully embedding Safeguarding and be able to adapt and flexible in their approach to communicating with others at all levels.
