Application guidance
This role is a unique opportunity to shape services for our students, to give them the best possible experience whilst at the College. The role holder will work as part of the safeguarding team, dealing with safeguarding referrals and associates case load work. You will work as part of a safeguarding and wellbeing team to ensure safeguarding is given a high priority within the college. For students ensure barriers for progression are removed so all students are supported to reach their potential.
The role covers the delivery of the whole wellbeing offer for our students, including enrichment activities, health and wellbeing and engagement, with a specific responsibility for safeguarding and Prevent. The College is committed to equipping students to be highly successful in their chosen destination of employment or Higher Education and the wellbeing programme plays a key role in this. You will be an ambitious and self-motivated individual, with experience of working with young people to support their wellbeing.
Working with staff and partners, you will ensure that processes and procedures are well-known and adhered to, and action plans are developed to ensure we are meeting our obligations.
With an eye for detail, you will be working with a team of dedicated people who are ambitious for our students, who are at the heart of everything we do.
