In addition, you will have a broad understanding of the wider curriculum and assessment frameworks. You will have a proven track record of leading improvements within your current educational role and of supporting more than one school.

In addition to supporting special schools as their named Improvement Adviser, the successful candidate will have the requisite skillset to support the development and improvement of schools as required. The role will include taking on borough wide responsibilities, working across Enfield and other local authorities and schools on occasion when this is commissioned.
