Inclusion and Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)

Post: Inclusion and Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) – Heath Hayes Academy, Staffordshire
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week (flexible hours over 5 days per week)
Salary: Staffordshire NJC SCP 18-22 – £24,982-£27,041 Pro rata – Term time only (+ 3 weeks)
Start date: 04 January 2021

The Inclusion and Designated Safeguarding Lead is a pivotal role to present high standards to ensure children are kept safe and nurtured at Heath Hayes Academy, Staffordshire. Working as a senior member of staff, the role will underpin core elements of inclusion, safeguarding and behaviour management.
