Full Job Description
You’ll support the operational leadership team to optimise performance and drive high contract achievement of all performance and quality compliance targets. You’ll ensure the service meets the needs of the participating individuals, utilising data to identify areas for improvement whilst sharing best practice of ‘what works’.
Our ideal candidate will be able to provide motivational support to build positive relationships, guide, inspire, challenge, encourage and help individuals obtain sustainable employment. You’ll be an exemplar leader to the operational team, applying a range of management and leadership skills to optimise positive performance of each team leader. However, we’re not always looking for someone who ticks every single box, if you have a will to succeed, are a logical thinker and have good persuading and influencing skills we would love to hear from you.
As an organisation we deliver a range of Employability & Health contracts which support unemployed people ‘back to work’. This job role forms part of our Restart Scheme.
In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary range £45,000 to £51,775 p.a. (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:

Location: The role is to cover London and the East of England. You will be based within Uxbridge, or any of our Norfolk or Suffolk sites.
Hours: 37 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5pm, Friday 8.30 am to 4.30pm

Key Responsibilities
- Responsibility for identifying performance optimisation opportunities on contracts; supporting delivery of KPI’s across a range of metrics, (performance, financial and quality).
- Under the direction of the Operations Director collate, review and analyse management information to identify emerging trends to proactively address potential risk areas across contracts (performance, quality and staff).
- Produce a regular Performance Optimisation report, which highlights performance opportunities and risks across the delivery
- Support and help facilitate a high-performance culture in line with Seetec Pluss’ vision and values.

Skills and Experience
- Experience of delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards
- Extensive experience of working in a target driven environment and/or improving contract performance
- At least GCSE or equivalent in English and Math’s at Grade C or above
- Fully IT literate in using a range of Microsoft Office programmes to include 365 products and modern digital technologies, i.e. Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business
Desirable
- Good knowledge of the employability industry
- Recognised management or leadership qualifications – (Level 3 and above)
- Full driving licence to enable deployment across a specified geographical area, when required
