We are recruiting for an Operations Manager for our Rugby Portobello Trust.
The Rugby Portobello Trust is a dynamic, energising and happy place to work, based in North Kensington, which provides great facilities, experiences and opportunities for children and young people aged 6 to 25.
You will be leading a team of highly motivated colleagues supporting people in a variety of settings, ensuring best practice and an engaged culture of continuous improvement through the effective planning and delivering of service. You will be liaising with external agencies and partners including social services, supporting children, young people and families so they can thrive.
We are looking for a highly motivated and well organised individual with great communication skills, who will manage, develop and support a team delivering inspirational services to children, young people and families.
