Victim Support seeks to appoint to the post of Head of Safeguarding. This post holder will lead the development of our national safeguarding strategy, principles and practice in order to ensure effective safeguarding throughout Victim Support. The location of this post is flexible, working either from home or from a Victim Support office.

The post of Head of Safeguarding is a national role, driving our safeguarding culture and strategy across Victim Support, influencing practice and supporting high quality service delivery in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
To be successful in this role, you will have technical and practical knowledge and experience of safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults. You will have demonstrable knowledge of safeguarding legislation and an understanding of future developments. You will put your skills into practice in order to support strategic development and operational delivery.
