YMCA Bournemouth are looking for an experienced candidate to join the Early Help team across our Family Hubs in Townsend, Queens Park and Pokesdown and Southbourne.

You will be an enthusiastic, proactive and committed person, with excellent communication skills, who shares our passion to improve the outcomes for children and families.

Your role will be to provide preventative support services for children, young people and their families to keep them safe and improve life chances; Providing early intervention strategies to those in greatest need; parenting provision; one-to-one support in the home and the Centre; caseload management to ensure close monitoring of interventions and their outcomes.

The available vacancy is 22.5 hours per week.

The ability to travel across the BCP area is essential.

Salary : YMCA Bournemouth Grade 2 – £23,982.00 per annum, pro rata.

The role has a statutory, occupational requirement to ensure the safety and welfare of all children, young people and adults at risk they may come across using our services. The post holder will take responsibility for ensuring safeguarding children, young people and adults at risk as a priority and follow both YMCA safeguarding policy and Pan Dorset statutory guidance.
