We have been transforming children’s services across the county, investing in our teams  and redesigning our approach to delivery through our recently implemented ‘Stronger Families’ practice model, enabling us to enhance our holistic offer to children, young people and families.  This is a critical role leading children’s social care and early help services across Derbyshire, ensuring quality and consistency of practice across all localities, keeping our children and young people safe, and where intervention is necessary, we seek to achieve permanency quickly and effectively. We are championing a new culture, new ways of working, new colleagues and teams, invigorating our approach to services and ensuring that we design services to support the individual needs of our diverse communities.
