About the role and our team

Join our team as a Compliance Manager, responsible for providing effective leadership support to help oversee the Quality, Safety, Regulatory and Safeguarding agenda across health and care services.

Within this role, you’ll lead on Quality and Safety standards, Clinical, Professional and Regulatory Assurance performance and monitor and assure Manx Care’s Safeguarding responsibilities in relation to the Regulation of Care Act 2013.

You will strive to maximise the value and effectiveness of the health and care services by active and ongoing engagement with stakeholder groups and by using a range of methods and tools to harness collective knowledge and contribution. By understanding and engaging with stakeholders you will represent the patient, service-user and public voice to influence decision making and strategic planning across organisational boundaries.

We are looking for someone who will provide organisational and operational improvements through engagement with and feedback from key stakeholders. You will have experience in monitoring quality and assurance measures in a proactive way. You will also assure service improvement through quality and risk assurance management.
