Job Description

Within BCP we have a dedicated service which works to support children suffering significant harm through exploitation, in all its forms. The Service also delivers and manages Return Home Interviews.

The service is made up of both qualified social workers and intervention workers who deliver bespoke and intensive interventions for children and young people.

We aspire to provide outstanding services to the children in our care and promote excellent transitions for those leaving our care to achieve their full potential.

We are seeking a resourceful, resilient, and enthusiastic service manager, with a strong background in working with and delivering interventions for children suffering harm through Exploitation   to lead our service into the future.

You will be committed to the co-production of services with young people and partners and have a grounded approach to developing secure base and signs of safety/strengths-based and trauma informed approaches.
