What is the role?
In this role you will work closely with and assist the SFC Safeguarding & Regulatory Manager and Foundation Manager in ensuring that Saints Foundation drive best practice and statutory requirements for safeguarding. As our Safeguarding Lead you will support staff and beneficiaries with safeguarding and/or welfare issues, to ensure that everyone can produce their best results. Experience working with and championing the views of participants/pupils/beneficiaries and managing welfare concerns.
Experience in managing safeguarding cases for both children and adults at risk.
Experience of working in an organisation of similar complexity that deals with inclusion and community engagement, under-represented groups and adults at risk.
